Led by Coach Mike Tretola, former catcher at The College of New Jersey, this off-season program is designed to build the athletic foundation every young catcher needs to be successful. Over 8 weeks, players will train to improve their quickness, flexibility, strength, and throwing power — all while learning how to move efficiently and explosively behind the plate. This program will help each athlete develop the physical tools and movement patterns that translate directly into better blocking, faster pop times, and stronger, more confident play. Step into the spring season as a more athletic, complete catcher.

Our staff HIGHLY recommends this class to everyone, most importantly pitchers who want to significantly improve their fastball velocity and command. Program uses Driveline equipment, plyo balls, bands, and exercises, and measurements are done each week. Participants average an increase of 8 MPH by end of program.
