We operate memberships on a month-to-month basis. Auto-billing occurs on the 1st of each month. To freeze or cancel memberships, updates must be received in writing by the 23rd of the current month to be processed for the following month. Freezing of membership incurs an administration fee of $10/mo. per member. When you're ready to come back, you can "unfreeze" and restart your benefits. Maximum duration of frozen membership is 6 months. On the 7th month, the membership will be reactivated unless otherwise notified.

UPDATE MY MEMBERSHIP 

Credit Card on File:

• Members must have a valid credit card on file.
• Membership renewals are automatically charged on the 1st day of each month.
• Points awarded will not be prorated for partial months.

Month-to-Month Membership:

• Membership is renewed monthly.
• Discounts for classes, programs, or lessons are valid only for dates within the current month of membership.

Discounts & Points Usage:

• Discounts cannot be applied alongside point values.
• If a member does not have enough points for a service, the balance can be paid with money.

Membership Conversions:

• Members may convert from individual to family membership (or vice versa).
• Rate and benefit changes will begin on the 1st day of the following month.

Family Memberships:

• All family members on a family membership must reside at the same address.

Points & Benefits Rollover:

• Points reset at the beginning of each month and do not rollover.
• Points can be used for lessons or programs scheduled for future months. However, points must be available at the time of booking.
• Cancellations of lessons, programs, or camps using points will result in forfeiture of those points.
• Rescheduled appointments (using points) must be used in the same month as originally scheduled. Only one reschedule is permitted per month.
• A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all lesson appointments.

Service Availability:

• Walk-in tunnel rentals, ProBatter/Autocage rentals, lessons, and programs are subject to availability and may not be guaranteed at the time of booking.
• Advanced class registration is highly recommended.

Membership Changes / Cancellations:

• All membership change requests, including freeze, unfreeze, or cancellation, must be submitted in writing by the 23rd of the current month for processing the following month. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Memberships can be frozen for a maximum of 6 months at a time. On the 7th month, membership will automatically be reactivated unless otherwise notified.
• Freezing memberships incurs a fee of $10 per month, per member.
• Cancellation requests submitted between the 23rd and the end of the month will incur a $25 administration fee per member.
• Members who cancel mid-month will continue to have membership benefits until the end of that month.

Annual Membership Fee

• An annual membership fee is charged upon initial enrollment in Club Aces (unless a discount is applied).
• This fee is non-refundable.
• The fee covers membership benefits from August 1 through July 31.
• The yearly membership will automatically renew each August, and the annual fee will be charged at that time.

Failed Payment:

• If the credit card on file is declined, members will have 5 days to update their payment information.
• After 5 days, if payment is not updated, the membership will be canceled.

Non-Refundable Fees:

• Annual membership fees are non-refundable.

Right to Modify Program:

• Diamond & Aces reserves the right to modify the membership program at any time.
