    The Diamond Development Program is built around age-specific training that evolves as players grow — ensuring every athlete gets the right instruction at the right time.

    From building fundamentals to performing at a high level, DDP creates a clear path to improvement.

    Level 1: AGES 6–9

    Build the Foundation the Right Way

    At this stage, players learn the fundamentals that everything else is built on.

    • Develop a repeatable swing and consistent contact
    • Learn proper fielding and throwing mechanics
    • Improve coordination, balance, and confidence
    • Get exposure to all positions

    Focus: Teaching, repetition, and confidence-building

    Cost: $249/month

    Level 2: AGES 10–12

    Turn Fundamentals Into Game Skills

    Players begin to refine their mechanics and apply skills in game situations.

    • Improve swing timing and consistency
    • Develop position-specific defensive skills
    • Build speed, agility, and body control
    • Learn pitching mechanics and command

    Focus: Consistency, accountability, and game application

    Level 3: AGES 13–16

    Train to Perform at a High Level

    This is where players separate themselves through advanced training and performance.

    • Develop power, bat speed, and advanced hitting approach
    • Train position-specific defense at game speed
    • Build strength, explosiveness, and athletic performance
    • Improve pitching velocity, command, and pitch usage

    Focus: Performance, intensity, and results

    The Diamond Development Program (DDP) is a high-frequency training membership designed to help players improve faster through consistent training, high-quality reps, and professional coaching.

    Instead of being locked into one type of class, DDP members receive unlimited training sessions per month that can be used across any DDP training category based on the player’s needs and goals.

    The "FACE AN ACE" Program

    Live Pitching / Live Batting Practice

    DAY / TIME:

    • Softball: Mondays 8-9 PM
    • Baseball: Fridays 8-9 PM

    AGES: 11-15 years old

    DESCRIPTION:

     

    Pitchers -- Do you get to pitch to live batters during your practices?

    Now, you can face live batters and get the reps you need. Strike out hitters in your own age group!

     

    Catchers -- Do you get enough behind the plate practice during your practices?

    Now, you can work on your receiving, framing, and blocking off a live pitcher. And practice game type situations!

     

    Batters -- Do you get enough (or ANY) swings off a live pitcher during the week at your practices?

    Now, you'll be able to face pitchers who are trying to strike you out. Get real reps against a live pitcher!

     

    Don't wait until game time to face real opponents! Our weekly session is for players who want to be game-ready and to get more out of their team practices!

     

    We limit the number of players so everyone gets their reps!

     

    ** Baseball pitchers must work within their allotted weekly pitch counts. DO NOT PITCH MORE THAN YOU SHOULD! **
