Hi, my name is Katie Stach and I am 21 years old! I am originally from Maryland and a student at NC state. I have been playing softball since I was 6 years old and started pitching at 9 years old. In high school, I competed with the Shamrocks (VA) and Midwest Intensity (IN) college showcase teams and trained under pitching coach Rita Lynn Gilman. I’ve been giving pitching lessons since age 16 and teach a style closely aligned with Rita’s proven methods.

My goal is to foster a fun and productive learning environment during lessons. I want the players I work with to understand not only what we are trying to work on, but why we are working on a certain technique or skill. I want to help make these players confident in their abilities in softball and themselves. I believe softball translates into so many different life skills to help them grow on and off the field.
